Class A GC that has been doing homebuilding, remodeling, home flipping, pole barns, etc. They are transitioning into more of a residential structure. Looking to do work for our customers and possibly as a dealer for WWSB.
Alessandro (Ollie) Nieves
Licensed GC out of Colorado Springs, CO. Currently doing remodels, etc. and looking to get into building metal buildings. Have shared all training information and it seems Ollie would be capable. Would refer him, but definitely have customer vet as well.

Bill did the install for customer project 67-08 and customer said he was great to work with. 5/1 talked with Bill and he stated that they have completed a couple WWSB now and are extremely happy with them. Open to doing some work and also looking to get bids on a couple of other projects – hangar building 60×40 w/ 14′ higher power door – going to send in information to price
