Jeff Snell, CEO of Worldwide Steel Buildings, has been focused on operational excellence, superb customer service, and exceptional on-time delivery his entire career. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Jeff oversees every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure that every building manufactured is of the highest quality and meets all the needs of his clients.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Jeff was the Managing Director of Kid’s Creations, LLC, a respected redwood play-set manufacturer. Leading a team of 22 employees and 45 Installation Subcontractors, he directed all facets of product development, manufacturing, and operations. Jeff negotiated a major vendor agreement with Costco and later negotiated the successful sale of the company to a large private equity-owned company.
Born and raised in a small town in Missouri, Jeff attended the University of Missouri where he studied Business Management. In the earliest part of his career, he managed the construction of several golf courses in Missouri and Kansas.
Jeff is well known for his love of quail hunting and high-quality English Pointers. He and his wife, Debbie, have 2 children; a son Tanner who is a Junior in College and a daughter Taylor who is a Senior in High School.
Jeff Pinter has close to 16 years of experience in public and private accounting. While still in college, Jeff started his career as an Accounting Clerk for Fry-Wagner Moving and Storage that is located in Lenexa. After graduating from Emporia State University in 2005 with a BS in Accounting, he accepted a position as a Staff Accountant for Concorde Career Colleges.
After working for Concorde Career Colleges for 2 ½ years, he took a position for Fred Pryor Seminar where he worked as a Senior Staff Accountant for 6 ½ years. Jeff then took a position as a Senior Accountant at Plattform Advertising in 2015. After leaving Plattform, he went into public accounting for Meridian Business Services, where he started out doing accounting, tax, and assisting with NetSuite implementations. Jeff was then later promoted to NetSuite Accounting Manager where he was in charge of the financial side of NetSuite ERP implementation where he helped companies implement, setup, and change their accounting process to work with their NetSuite ERP systems. During this time, he helped Worldwide Steel implement their NetSuite ERP system, and worked with them to setup their new accounting processes to fit their system. Jeff then made the move in June of 2019 to become the CFO of Worldwide Steel Building.
National Sales & Marketing Manager
Warren Bott has over 35 years’ experience in sales & marketing in the construction & industrial markets. Warren went to Central Missouri State University and earned a B. S. in Business Administration/Marketing.
In 1981 Warren was hired as a sales representative for Steel & English Industrial Supply. Over the next several years he was promoted to Sales Manager and then became a Branch Manager for a local supply house. In 1989 Warren took a position with Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company as Area Manager furthering his knowledge in the construction and industrial markets. In March of 2007 Warren began speaking with Worldwide Steel Buildings about coming on board and leading the sales and marketing arm of the organization. In May 2007 Warren started with Worldwide Steel Buildings and believes the growth potential is endless.
Over the next several years Worldwide developed a sales and service program much different from the rest of the market, hiring consultants to help customers get the right building for their job without all the sales tricks and high pressure the industry seemed to be known for. With the highest quality buildings and continued annual growth it is Warren’s belief that Worldwide will become the number one choice for a large segment of the steel building market.
