Comfortable Backyard Hangout Spot
The Brewsters wanted more than just a shop for woodworking and storage. They built their space large enough to include a seating area, television, refrigerator, a wood stove and of course a large dog bed for the family’s three Weimaraner pups. They utilized padded insulation on the walls and the ceiling with LED lights while leaving the trusses exposed. Large overhead doors at each end of the building provides plenty of light and as well as a wonderful breezeway.
Newly Designed Garage Door Openers
Overhead garage door openers have been redesigned in the last few years. The new wall mounted openers are still chain fed but the motor itself mounts on the wall next to the door instead of over the door. This new design allows less materials to be used to suspend it from the ceiling and removes the need for overhead space above the door.
